We are a diverse group of outgoing lacrosse playing fanatics coming together as a post collegiate women's lacrosse team in Manhattan. Practices weekly include plyos, sprints, and core workouts. We also keep in shape via group runs with a coach and gym workouts with a personal trainer. We travel to tournaments at least 4 times a year and participate in a spring and fall league.
